Compliance Manager

With at least 7 years of experience in SEBI (ICDR) Regulations or the Process of Preferential issue, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations and stock exchange guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Verify that SEBI regulations, Exchange Checklists, and Guidelines are meticulously adhered to. - Review valuation reports, meet deadlines outlined in the Exchange Guidance Note and SEBI Regulations, and update the Exchange database post-share listing approvals. - Promptly respond to queries from SEBI, submit data to SEBI in a timely manner, and generate internal management reports. - Research existing systems and lead development projects to streamline processes. - Oversee teams across various verticals, ensuring that all compliance activities are effectively coordinated and executed. **Qualifications Required:** - At least 7 years of experience in SEBI (ICDR) Regulations or the Process of Preferential issue. - Strong understanding of SEBI regulations. - Detail-oriented professional with a passion for compliance.
