Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at The Leela Palace, with 4-6 years of experience in compliance management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide training and guidance on compliance policies.
Monitor and report on compliance metrics to senior management.
Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and laws applicable to the hospitality industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
Experience working in a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
