Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Executive based in Chennai. The Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting compliance audits, and developing policies and procedures to mitigate risks. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure adherence to laws and regulations, analyzing compliance-related data, and communicating with regulatory bodies. Interpersonal skills and the ability to stay updated with current laws and regulations are critical for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in Regulatory Compliance and knowledge of relevant laws
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating data and compliance-related information
• Law background or related qualifications
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with different departments
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
