Taking care of physical security for the premises with deploying staff at entry, exits. Handling visitors and guests through Visitor Management System (VMS). Taking care of access control, alarm response and CCTV monitoring. Handling emergencies and incidents management. Implementing procedures and policies for loss prevention and theft control. Taking care of badging process and key management. Ensuring lost & found management is documented and claiming process is done effectively. Performing investigations on the reported lost cases and theft cases. Effectively planning and taking security measures for internal/ external events. Being proactive in deviation handling, crowd management and vendor work force control. Supervising the materials, scrap, garbage, e-waste movements and disposal activities. Preparing reports for presenting in monthly, quarterly and annual Business Reviews (MBR) meetings. Handling internal & external audits by maintaining accurate reports.
