Role: Compliance Co-Ordinator

Work Location: Vile Parle East

Experience: Fresher pursuing LLB / Minimum Internship experience in Legal Paper work.

Requirement:

• Graduate, with good communication skills, Email drafting.

• Good IQ skills, Smart worker with multitasking skills.

• Must have good Command on English language (written & verbal).

• Should be smart, proactive and should have good time management skills.

Job Description:

Customers/Vendors onboarding: Will have to handle compliance of onboarding Customers (Exporter/Importer). Communicating with customers for the documents and to Ensure that all the requirement of documentation, KYC formalities are fulfilled before onboarding/ registering the customer in the company ERP system. Verifying the details of Exporters and Importers by calling the company.

Vendors - Forwarding our documents to companies to register us as a vendor.

Overseas Agents: Ensuring that the agents are from trusted network and completing the mutual agreement formalities.
