Job Description

As an Import Documentation Executive, your responsibilities will include checking all shipping documents and preparing a detailed checklist. You will verify the notification benefits and other relevant information with seniors, as well as cross-verify these details with importers via email. Additionally, you will be responsible for e-sanchiting all related shipping documents in the system and uploading the job on the ICEGATE portal to obtain the BOE number. It will be crucial for you to check the status of the BOE once the number is generated from the ICEGATE server. You will then need to hand over the job docket to the respective CCL CS, along with the status remark of the BOE (RMS or under assessment). Keeping track of the Vessel/Flight ETA and Inward entry will be essential for the advance filed BOE process. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be during day shifts or morning shifts. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Import CHA Documentation. The work location will be in person.,
