· Checking the all shipping documents and preparing checklist. Verifying the notification benefits and all with seniors. Also cross verify the notification benefit and other aspects with importer through email. · E-sanchit the all related shipping documents in system and uploading the job on ICEGATE portal for BOE number. · Checking the status of BOE once the BOE number generated from ICEGATE server. · Handing over the job docket to respective CCL CS with status remark of the BOE (RMS or under assessment). · Need to keep a track of the Vessel/Flight ETA and Inward entry for doing Prior to Final process towards advance filed BOE.
