*Job Summary*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced *ISO & Compliance Coordinator* to ensure organizational compliance with ISO standards (*ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and other key audits including **brand audits, SPC, FSMS, and internal audits*. The role involves coordinating audits, maintaining documentation, monitoring compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the company.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Develop, implement, and maintain ISO management system documentation and procedures.

* Coordinate *internal and external audits*; track findings and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.

* Take responsibility for *other audits* including brand audits, *SPC, FSMS*, and compliance-related internal audits.

* Support departments in preparing for certification, surveillance, and brand/customer audits.

* Maintain and monitor an *audit schedule* with periodic follow-ups.

* Ensure *training and awareness* for staff on ISO standards, FSMS, SPC, and compliance practices.

* Track and report *KPIs related to compliance and improvement initiatives*.

* Actively drive a culture of *continuous improvement* across the organization.

*Required Qualifications*

* Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Science/Management preferred).

* *2–3 years of hands-on experience* as an ISO Coordinator or in a similar quality/compliance role.

* Strong knowledge of *ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001* standards.

* Familiarity with *internal audits, SPC, FSMS, and brand audit requirements*.

* *Any certification course related to QA/QC management will be considered an added advantage.*

* Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

* Certification as *ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor* (preferred).
