Compliance and Process Manager

As the Compliance and Process Manager at BDx, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to regulatory, industry, and internal standards for data center operations across the APAC region. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, policies, and processes to guarantee operational excellence, risk mitigation, and alignment with global and regional standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to driving process optimization, maintaining audit readiness, and upholding the highest standards of safety, security, and efficiency in data center operations. **Responsibilities:** - Design, document, and implement standardized processes for data center operations, such as incident management, change management, and operational workflows. - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability. - Utilize data-driven insights to streamline operations and reduce operational risks. - Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to APAC data center operations. - Train staff on compliance requirements, safety protocols, and operational best practices. - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to security, availability, and data integrity. - Collaborate with legal, IT, security, and facility management teams to align compliance and process initiatives. - Develop and maintain compliance dashboards and KPIs to track adherence and performance metrics. - Lead investigations into compliance breaches or process failures, implementing corrective actions. - Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for data center operations. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) preferred. - 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or process management in data center, IT, or related industries. - Strong knowledge of APAC regulatory frameworks (e.g., data privacy, cybersecurity, environmental regulations). - Proven experience in process design, optimization, and implementation in complex operational environments. - Familiarity with data center standards (e.g., Uptime Institute, TIA-942, ISO 27001). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in an additional APAC language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) is a plus. - Strong analytical skills and experience with compliance auditing and reporting tools. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
