Compensation Specialist

As a Total Rewards Specialist at Lixil India located in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for implementing total rewards policies and programs for India while ensuring their day-to-day administration. Your role will involve participating in market research, analyzing data, and developing compensation recommendations based on company guidelines. Reporting to the Leader, Total Rewards, IMEA, you will closely collaborate with the Total Rewards team to provide expert advice to HR Business Partners and management teams in India, enabling the business to attract, retain, and engage employees. Your key responsibilities will include participating in the annual compensation planning process for the region, educating HRBPs, supervisors, and managers on Total Rewards programs, advising on appropriate resolutions for Total Rewards related issues, managing local compensation and benefit vendors/providers, and maintaining salary structures and analyzing survey data to develop merit budget recommendations and variable compensation elements. Additionally, you will participate in HR technology initiatives, act as an advisor to employees and the international mobility team on international assignments, partner with the global mobility team for expat offers, generate reports, and manage the AOP budget for the India entity. To qualify for this role, you should have 5-8 years of Total Rewards experience, the ability to occasionally travel across office locations, an MBA degree in economics, statistics, human resource management, business, or a related field, and fluency in English. You should possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, quantitative and analytical abilities, attention to detail, a background in compensation design and administration, knowledge of benefit programs and market practices, effective communication skills, experience in deploying communication strategies, and proficiency in using PC software tools, including advanced Excel skills.
