As a Compensation Analyst for a global Fortune 500 leader in the consumer goods/food manufacturing sector, your role will involve providing analytical support for global compensation cycles and projects. You will work closely with the Senior Compensation Consultant to ensure compliance with regulations and support various compensation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide analytical support for global compensation cycles such as APR, Competitive Reviews, and P&O Reviews. - Conduct market analysis, prepare reports, and assist in compensation benchmarking. - Analyze compensation data, develop models, and contribute to cost forecasting efforts. - Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and collaborate on compensation projects. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in Compensation or related HR functions, including exposure to job evaluations. - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. - Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
