Compensation Analyst

Role Overview: The People Consulting team in the Caribbean is dedicated to enhancing employee engagement to improve organizational and individual performance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive analysis of client compensation data to ensure alignment with industry standards and internal equity - Develop and maintain data models to support clients" compensation planning and decision-making processes - Provide strategic recommendations for compensation adjustments and total rewards initiatives based on data analysis and market trends - Report on compensation metrics and trends accurately to inform client management decisions - Demonstrate technical excellence in compensation analysis through effective knowledge sharing and tailored communication with stakeholders - Build credible relationships with clients by understanding their organizational culture and compensation needs Qualifications Required: - Solid academic background including a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights for clients - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, statistical software) - Experience in developing total rewards programs and/or project management is an asset - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented consulting environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive client information Additional Company Details: The People Consulting team offers flexible and rewarding careers to its employees.
