Compensation Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Provide training and instruction on compensation programs, policies, and procedures to Human Resources and leadership. - Collaborate with the business in analyzing and reviewing job classification and reclassification requests. - Partner with the Manager, Global Compensation to implement the Annual Merit Review Process and Annual Incentive plan. - Participate in salary surveys, analyze survey data to determine competitiveness, and research competitive compensation practices. - Assist in the planning, coordination, and administration of the annual salary review program. - Work with Human Resources to support client management in organizational structure development and job design. Qualifications: - 3+ years of global compensation experience. - Proficient in applying established compensation standards as an individual contributor. - Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports. - Experience in devising, designing, and implementing customized compensation surveys. - Knowledge of career development and career laddering concepts, principles, and processes.
