Company Secretary Trainee | ATS Services Private Limited (Faridabad)

ATS Services Private Limited, a leading provider of customer retention, collections, and analytics-driven MIS solutions, is looking for a CS Trainee to join our Secretarial Team.

Eligibility: CS Executive / Professional passed

Mode: On-site, 5 days (Sat–Sun off)

Stipend: As per industry norms

Preference: Candidates residing in or near Faridabad will be preferred

Secretarial Compliance
Legal & Contract Support
ISMS (Information Security Management System)
B2B Collections Operations

Detailed KRA and Skills

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining statutory registers, records, and compliance filings.

Support drafting of notices, agendas, minutes, and simple agreements.

Coordinate board meeting documentation and follow-ups.

Conduct basic research on Companies Act, and applicable corporate laws.

Support ISMS documentation, audits, data security compliance, and process tracking.

Assist in reviewing contracts, legal documents, and operational follow-ups.

Provide support in B2B collection documentation, customer follow-ups, and reconciliation coordination.

Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders for compliance and documentation needs.

Assist with general administrative, legal, and secretarial tasks as required.

Skills Required

Eagerness to learn and adapt across compliance, legal, ISMS, and operations.

Basic understanding of corporate and secretarial compliance.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting tools (GMeet, Teams).

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally.
