Title: Company Secretary

Location: Noida

Experience: 2–3 years

Qualification: Member of ICSI (LLB preferred)


About the Role:


The Company Secretary will ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, support the Board of Directors, and uphold strong corporate governance within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


-Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and related laws.

-Prepare and file statutory documents, returns, and resolutions.

-Organize board and committee meetings, maintain minutes and records.

-Advise management on governance and compliance practices.

-Liaise with regulators, auditors, and legal advisors.

-Manage shareholder relations, secretarial audits, and annual filings.


Skills Required:


-In-depth knowledge of corporate and securities law.

-Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills.

-Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

-Proficiency in MS Office and compliance software.
