Company Secretary

Key Responsibilities: 1. Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws. 2. Board Meetings: Organize and attend board meetings, maintain minutes, and ensure implementation of board decisions. 3. Corporate Governance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance norms and best practices. 4. Annual Returns: File annual returns and other documents with regulatory authorities. 5. Compliance Reports: Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities. 6. Advisory Role: Provide secretarial and corporate law advice to the board and management. 7. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with shareholders, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders. Requirements: 1. Qualification: Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). 2. Experience: Proven experience as a Company Secretary or in a similar role. 3. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and governance practices. Skills: 1. Attention to detail 2. Organizational skills 3. Communication skills 4. Analytical skills 5. Professionalism Reporting: The Company Secretary will report to the Managing Director/Board of Directors.
