We, ASP Advocates, are looking to hire a Company Secretary with 2-5 years experience for our office in Defence Colony, New Delhi as per the below specifications: Job Qualification: Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). 2-5 years of post-qualification experience working as a Company Secretary Experience and Roles & responsibilities: Maintain and periodically update secretarial records for both listed and unlisted entities, including statutory registers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare and submit necessary forms, returns, and applications with the regulatory authorities such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and other relevant government bodies, with timely filing of e-forms through the MCA portal. Organize and facilitate Board and General Meetings for listed and unlisted companies, and drafting agendas, notes, resolutions, and minutes for such meetings.
