About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary with strong experience in the NBFC and Fintech

sector to manage secretarial and compliance functions. The role requires in-depth knowledge of corporate governance, RBI compliance, and regulatory filings, ensuring seamless adherence to all

statutory and board requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, RBI, and NBFC regulations.

• Prepare, review, and file all ROC, RBI, and statutory returns.

• Organize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and AGMs.

• Maintain records of shareholding patterns, ESOPs, and company secretarial documents.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

• Draft and maintain internal policies and compliance checklists.

• Support in corporate restructuring, due diligence, and secretarial audits.


Requirements:

• Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI).

• 4+ years of experience in NBFC/Fintech/Financial Services.

• Excellent understanding of RBI and corporate governance frameworks.

• Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
