Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Ahmedabad. The Company Secretary will be responsible for filing various forms/returns/petitions, maintenance of statutory registers/records, and providing advisory and consultancy services in Corporate Laws, IBC and Business Valuation.

Qualifications

1–2 years’

Strong understanding of corporate laws and ROC/MCA procedures

Excellent drafting, communication and analytical skills

Detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks professionally

Key responsibilities

• Assist with statutory compliances under the Companies Act & LLP Act
• Prepare and file MCA/ROC forms and maintain statutory records
• Draft notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions, agreements and legal documents
• Support Board Meetings, General Meetings and related secretarial work
• Handle incorporations, annual filings, search reports, compliance certificates and due diligence reports
• Assist on IBC-related assignments and other corporate matters
• Coordinate with clients, regulators and stakeholders
