Job Description: Company Secretary (CS + LLB) – Listed Company

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Friday (No Hybrid / No WFH)

Experience Required: Strictly 4 to 5 years PQE

Preference: Candidates with listed company experience and residing in the Western Suburbs

Role Overview

We are hiring a Company Secretary (CS + LLB) with strictly 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience. The role requires hands-on experience in secretarial compliance, corporate governance, regulatory filings and board and committee processes for a listed entity.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations and Secretarial Standards

Manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings

Prepare notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions and related documents

Handle stock exchange filings and SEBI disclosure requirements

Maintain statutory registers, records and corporate filings

Support corporate governance initiatives and ensure timely regulatory submissions

Coordinate with internal teams, regulators and external stakeholders

Requirements

CS + LLB qualification

Strictly 4 to 5 years PQE, with mandatory exposure to listed company compliances

Strong understanding of Company Law, SEBI LODR, FEMA and corporate filings

Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills

Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks effectively
