Job Description: -
ROC/Companies Act Compliances
Company Law related works
Filing of forms with ROC
Drafting an email-based compliance
Prepare, maintain and update Statutory Registers, Records and Minutes
Interpretation of Laws etc.
Coordinate for DIN, DSC, director KYC, and related filings.
Liaise with Regulatory Authorities and consultants such as ROC, Auditors and Legal Advisors
Qualifications:
Experience:
Min. 0 to 1 Year, Freshers can also apply.
Salary Range:
CTC INR 5 to 8 LPA.
