Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary (CS Professional Qualified - Fresher) located in Bhopal. The Company Secretary will be responsible for assisting with corporate compliance, maintaining statutory records, preparing and filing necessary documents, coordinating with regulatory authorities for required submissions, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. The role will include performing secretarial functions, ensuring corporate governance, and supporting the management with reports and legal documentation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in corporate compliance, including maintaining statutory records and filings
• Understanding of company laws, regulations, and corporate governance principles
• Strong documentation, organizational, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines
• CS Professional qualification; prior internship or exposure to corporate secretarial functions is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software is desirable
