Company Secretary- Compliance Solution Specialist

You are a Compliance Solution Specialist with 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, product marketing, or solution consulting. As a Qualified Company Secretary / Legal Professional, you have a strong knowledge of the compliance landscape in India and a deep understanding of software products in the GRC area, including technical aspects and market positioning. Your responsibilities include gathering relevant information, developing solutions, and proofs of concept that meet specific customer/prospect requirements. You excel in communication and presentation skills, articulating complex concepts to multiple audiences and conveying solution benefits tailored to each prospect. Your ability to listen actively and think strategically enables you to solve complex problems both tactically and strategically. You are adept at working cross-functionally to drive a unified plan and strategy, without relying on others for expertise on products and technology. You have a demonstrated ability to manage relationships with customers and partners at the management level and are comfortable with sustained business travel. Your role involves producing thought leadership and benchmarking through roundtables, events, webinars, and internal enablement. Collaborating with marketing and technology teams on customer challenges and needs is essential for shaping the product roadmap and removing barriers.
