Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Company Secretary at AGR Advisors LLP in Hyderabad. The Company Secretary will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, maintaining statutory books, organizing board meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also provide legal and secretarial support to the organization, contribute to risk advisory, and assist in intellectual property rights matters. The role requires proactive client care and understanding of clients' businesses and challenges. QualificationsNeed to be a qualified CSExperience in maintaining statutory records and handling legal documentationStrong knowledge of Company Law, Corporate Governance, and Legal ComplianceExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesA fresher or someone with 1 year of experience is preferred.
