Were looking for a Community Support Executive the friend every member wishes they had on their fitness journey.
What you’ll do:
Be the first line of support for our members — friendly, empathetic, and solution-driven
Handle check-ins, queries, and renewals (mostly on WhatsApp & calls)
Keep the community engaged and motivated with energy and care
Prove empathetic next level support with fitness first mindset
What we’re looking for:
Graduate- Communication, Psychology, Nutrition,2z34 Hospitality.
Strong communication (English + Hinglish comfort)
Empathy + patience to connect with members emotionally
Organized & reliable with a problem-solving mindset
Tech-savvy with tools like WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRMs
Bonus if you love fitness, wellness, or have customer/community experience
Location: Onsite only (Malad, Mumbai)
