International Clients: Should have handled/involved with clients from overseas (e.g., US, UK, Europe, etc.), with exposure to their expectations / SLAs. Team Management: Experience leading teams (annotators & leads) in fast-paced environment. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to communicate with clients, internal teams, and leadership clearly and professionally.
