Role

This is a highly entrepreneurial role where you will identify, acquire, and scale relationships with high-affinity communities such as professional associations (lawyers, doctors, CAs, etc.), exclusive clubs, influential offline and online communities, professional networks, alumni groups.Your mission is to position ET Money as the preferred financial partner for these communities by building trust, driving engagement through events and webinars, and ensuring sustained adoption of our solutions. As the face of ET Money, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful presentations and community engagements, and, through a team of Relationship Managers, convert interested members into long-term clients.This role demands strong on-ground presence, relationship-led sales, and the ability to design scalable community engagement models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Acquisition & Partnerships
  • Identify and onboard professional associations (lawyers, doctors, CAs, etc.), exclusive clubs, influential offline and online communities, professional /networks, alumni groups.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers
  • Position ET Money as their go-to financial wellness partner.
  • Strategic Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the clients.
  • Build and execute long-term engagement plans tailored to each community.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, ensuring repeat engagement and referrals.
  • Community Engagement & Activation
  • Drive awareness and usage through on-ground events, workshops, and activations.
  • Partner with marketing to run tailored campaigns within each community.
  • Convert engagement into active users of ET Money’s investment and financial solutions.
  • Revenue & Growth Ownership
  • Own product usage and revenue targets from communities.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within networks.
  • Drive retention and ensure continuous value delivery to clients.

Requirements

Skills:
  • You must have strong B2B2C/institutional selling and relationship management experience
  • You must have ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate large communities / networks
  • You must have excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales capabilities
  • You must be a Self-starter with a growth mindset and ownership attitude
  • Experience in financial products (investments, insurance, lending, wellness, etc.) is preferred
