Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Community Sales Manager to join our team at Regus Business Center. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, focusing on exceptional customer service.
Inspire and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and enhance their skills.
Promote the center to new customers and demonstrate how flexible workspace can benefit their business.
Generate leads through engaging networking events within the community.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office and other basic IT packages.
Experience in managing a team and promoting products and services.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
