As a Community Sales Manager at Regus, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the Regus centre while focusing on increasing sales and revenue. Your primary goal is to help more individuals and businesses benefit from flexible working options. Motivating your team to create a positive working environment is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. A typical day at Regus involves starting with an informal team meeting over coffee to plan the day ahead. You oversee reception, welcome members and meeting room guests, assist with setting up facilities, and ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you engage with new members to understand their business needs and explore networking opportunities within the centre. Managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, focusing on exceptional customer service, is a core responsibility. You will inspire and develop your team to maximize their potential, promote the centre to attract new customers, and organize engaging networking events within the community to generate leads.
