Role Overview

The Outreach & Recruitment Intern will support The Órb’s community expansion by identifying emerging talent, forging student & youth organization links, and helping build a vibrant, mission-driven network. The role involves strategic outreach, partnership engagement, screening applicants, and improving recruitment processes for different project tracks and impact units.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured outreach to universities, student leaders, youth groups, and sustainability networks
• Assist in screening applications and identifying candidates for various roles at The Órb
• Coordinate introductory calls and communication with applicants
• Maintain tracking sheets, pipelines, and candidate progress dashboards
• Draft outreach messages and role postings across platforms
• Support strategic partnerships for talent sourcing and collaborations
• Engage with online communities and networks to promote The Órb’s mission and openings
• Contribute ideas to streamline and strengthen the internal recruitment process
