Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rourkela.We need someone who's from rourkela and want immediate joiners. The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for building strong relationships within communities, engaging with local stakeholders, and fostering effective communication to achieve organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include organizing community outreach programs, resolving inquiries, promoting services, and addressing concerns while ensuring top-notch support. The role entails developing strong local networks, coordinating with teams, and advocating for community needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in Community Engagement and Community Management with the ability to lead and organize local outreach initiatives effectively.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with community members, address inquiries, and provide reliable support.
• Proven problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and teamwork skills within diverse and dynamic environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, or related field preferred, but equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Prior experience in community mobilization or similar roles is an advantage.
