Our mission is to drive economic growth and foster self-reliance across the nation. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobiliser located in Puducherry. The Mobiliser will be responsible for engaging with the community, identifying potential trainees, and promoting the vocational training programs offered by LabourNet. Day-to-day tasks include organizing outreach activities, maintaining relationships with local stakeholders, and providing support to trainees throughout their training and placement processes. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in community engagement and outreach Ability to organize and conduct informational sessions and events Proficiency in local languages and cultural awareness Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry and reporting High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in social work or related fields is a plus Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
