About The Smart Fellowship by Workverse

The Smart Fellowship is an offline workplace simulation where candidates master smart cuts

and mental models required to tackle generalist workplace scenarios. Through role plays and

immersive experiences, they harness practical wisdom to think, communicate and solve with

clarity and creativity. Our mission is to enable fellows to thrive alongside GenAI at work and

build an intellectual foundation for functions that require application of innate intelligence

and decision making in uncertainty.

What is the problem we are solving:

1. Entry level talent lack practical workplace exposure and familiarity with generalist

scenarios they have to tackle

2. We are providing a ‘starting point’ and ‘formula’ to think & respond independently to

generalist scenarios

3. Blind-reliance on A.I results in un-contextualised & standardised outputs that often

result in loss of business, opportunity and repute - individually and at an organisation

level

4. All roles now have an element of generalist functions, need for transferable skills and

requirement to think, solve & communicate in uncertainty and with hyper-context

Your role

1. Build and manage a digital community of graduates, college students and entry level

talent

2. Create engaging conversations, debates and quizzes on the subject of soft skills, A.I

and workplace wisdom

3. Invite experts and host weekly conversations with them for our community

4. Develop strategies to consistently invite new members into our communities

5. Partner with the social media , sales and content teams to create strategic linkages

Who are we looking for

1. Ambition: To learn how to mobilize and engage people at scale

2. Loves: Thinking of creative content ideas, talking to people and building relationships

3. Is ok with: Taking ownership and working with systems

4. Knows: Using canva to create quick design collaterals and using chatGPT to build

engaging content
