Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a digital community of graduates, college students, and entry-level talent
Create engaging conversations, debates, and quizzes on the subject of soft skills, A.I and workplace wisdom
Invite experts and host weekly conversations with them for our community
Develop strategies to consistently invite new members into our communities
Partner with the social media, sales, and content teams to create strategic linkages

About Company: Workverse (formerly X Billion Skills Lab) is building talent for the 5th industrial revolution, where Humans and Machines will collaborate. Automation is already being employed for rote tasks i,e, functions that are data-driven and repetitive. Jobs for humans across domains will require mastery over generalist skills like critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, storytelling, and emotional intelligence.
