What You’ll Do

• Drive client acquisition – handle enquiries, follow up with leads, and convert them into members.
• Showcase Fliqzo – conduct tours, explain membership options, and close deals.
• Find new business opportunities – actively work on partnerships, referrals, and outreach to bring in clients.
• Support scaling – collaborate with leadership to identify and evaluate new locations for future coworking spaces.
• Build and nurture a vibrant community culture where members connect and collaborate.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, addressing client feedback quickly (printer issues, cafeteria needs, etc.).
• Curate engaging events, networking activities, and member initiatives that strengthen loyalty.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development (coworking/hospitality preferred).
• A confident communicator who can build trust and close deals.
• Strong organizational & multitasking skills — balancing client growth and community care.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with high energy.
• Passion for startups, networking, and growing businesses.
