What You’ll Do Drive client acquisition – handle enquiries, follow up with leads, and convert them into members. Showcase Fliqzo – conduct tours, explain membership options, and close deals. Find new business opportunities – actively work on partnerships, referrals, and outreach to bring in clients. Support scaling – collaborate with leadership to identify and evaluate new locations for future coworking spaces. Build and nurture a vibrant community culture where members connect and collaborate. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, addressing client feedback quickly (printer issues, cafeteria needs, etc.). Curate engaging events, networking activities, and member initiatives that strengthen loyalty. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development (coworking/hospitality preferred). A confident communicator who can build trust and close deals. Strong organizational & multitasking skills — balancing client growth and community care. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with high energy.
