Community Manager

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and grow the Salesforce technical community. Your role will involve building and nurturing relationships with Salesforce developers, administrators, partners, and thought leaders. Additionally, you will organize and manage Salesforce-focused events such as meetups, hackathons, webinars, and workshops. As part of your responsibilities, you will create, curate, and distribute technical content (blogs, tutorials, videos) that educates and inspires the Salesforce community. You will also act as a Salesforce technology evangelist by sharing best practices, success stories, and product updates. Collaboration with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure community initiatives support broader business goals and Salesforce innovations is a key aspect of this role. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in technical community management, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem. A strong understanding of Salesforce technologies, including developer tools, best practices, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem, is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain relationships with technical audiences and drive community engagement. Moreover, strong project management skills are needed to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency with social media platforms, online community management tools, and CRM systems is also necessary for this role. As a self-starter with a passion for Salesforce technology and community advocacy, you will be expected to manage and grow the company's online presence on Salesforce forums, social media, and community platforms. Monitoring trends within the Salesforce ecosystem to inform strategy and content creation will be part of your regular tasks.,
