Stay on top of new technologies and guide the team to adopt new technologies Requirements Min 5 yrs of relevant experience in Salesforce Must have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies across multiple Salesforce clouds like Sales and Service cloud Must have experience working on at least that involved significant customizations.Experience in force.com technical platform including apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce etc. Understanding of the Salesforce.com data model, how & when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items. Good understanding of Lightning platform and hands-on experience is desirable.Knowledge of salesforce recommended best practice around design and development. Understanding of Object-Oriented development and design, experience in using design patterns, ability to write clean, well-refactored maintainable code. Experience configuring and customizing functional areas of the Sales Cloud.SQL knowledge; Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database schema.Effective analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capability. Job Type : Full-Time. Job Summary : We are seeking a talented and motivated nCino (Salesforce) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, particularly within the nCino platform, to support and enhance the organization's banking and financial services solutions. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions that improve business processes and increase efficiency. Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain custom nCino (Salesforce) applications, components, and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.- Customize and integrate nCino applications to meet the specific needs of the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements.- Implement and maintain automated business processes using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce applications and integrations.- Perform data migration and integration tasks between Salesforce and third-party applications.- Support user training and provide technical assistance to team members, ensuring seamless adoption of solutions.- Collaborate on the implementation of best practices for code quality, version control, and release management.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and nCino features and updates, and propose improvements to existing systems. Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development, with at least 3+ years of experience working with the nCino platform.- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.- Experience with nCino modules, including Loan Origination System (LOS), Deposit Account Opening, and other financial services solutions.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, including version control, test-driven development, and deployment.- Experience with data migration and integrations (e., using MuleSoft, ETL tools, or APIs).- Understanding of the banking or financial services industry is a plus.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications :- Salesforce Developer Certification (PD1) or advanced certifications.- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.- Familiarity with other Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud.- Knowledge of nCino configuration and customization.
