We are looking for a candidate who has extensive experience in creating content for social media and managing the community
Responsibilities
Create content for our social media platforms i
eX, Substack, YouTube & LinkedInCreating lead magnets from existing & new content to increase adoption of our product offeringsTake ownership & grow the social media and community channels of X, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, Substack and LinkedInBeing the main point of contact for member & non-member queries on all community channels Work with key internal leaders to ensure communications are produced and sent on time and tracked for efficiency
Design, implement, and manage community engagement projects/programs to increase awareness and adoptionTrack and report critical metrics pertaining to social media and website visits Owning the design and development of the members' area and informing members when content has been added or updated Video Editing & Graphic Design

Requirements

Relevant qualifications with at least two years of experience in a similar role Organized, diligent, and can see both the details of a project as well as the larger picture Knowledgeable about social media marketing and digital communications, with deep experience of standard methodologies Audience-focused, with a strong understanding of supporter journeys, audience segmentation, and user engagement strategies
Prior experience in content creation across various platforms including tweets, articles, posters, announcements, short and long videosA good collaborator, able to work both independently and as part of a team Attention to detail, accuracy & excellent communication skills Analytical skills; experience with or curiosity about using data to advise strategies Ability to take ownership of the role and relating products Bonus optional skills:Relevant web3, crypto, or DeFi experience
