Job Description

This is a full-time on-site or remote role for a Video Editor / Graphic Designer / Copywriter who will join and grow with our core team of AI-powered YouTube creators.

Our team creates high-impact content in the Indian tech space and organically reached over 8 million people last year.

Collaborate and communicate with the team for a smooth production process.
If youre a writer: Script with research, SEO, and hooks for high reach.
If youre an editor: Edit videos for high watch-time and audience retention.
If youre a designer: Design effective thumbnails to improve click-through rate.

Strong understanding of content creation fundamentals: research, storytelling, and design principles.
Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
Up-to-date with social media and YouTube trends.
High attention to detail.
Strong self-learning ability.
Good communication skills with high feedback receptivity.
Experience managing any social media account (including personal) is an advantage.

Video production and cinematography.
Analytics and marketing strategy.
