Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Community Management Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. This role involves managing our online presence, engaging with our community, and contributing to campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer experience. The candidate will work closely with the Marketing Head to plan and execute digital engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage actively with users across social media and community platforms to build meaningful relationships and encourage positive interactions.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews, messages, and comments in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns that boost engagement and visibility.
  • Support initiatives to enhance app engagement through notifications, in-app communication, and community-driven campaigns.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to provide insights and suggest improvements.
  • Research trending topics and ensure timely adoption of new formats and content ideas.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, contests, and community initiatives.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.
  • Conduct regular competitor and trend analysis to keep the brand ahead in digital engagement.
  • Maintain consistency in brand tone, design, and messaging across all communication channels.
  • Continuously explore and learn new tools, platforms, and best practices in digital community management.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics
  • Creative thinker with a good eye for detail and trends
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate across teams
  • Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
