Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Associate based in Mumbai. The Community Associate will be responsible for managing daily community operations, providing exceptional support to members, and creating a welcoming and collaborative environment. Day-to-day tasks may include handling community inquiries, coordinating events, assisting with case management, and facilitating interactions among community members to foster networking and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive relationships with community members
• Experience in Community Support and Case Management
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively addressing inquiries and facilitating interactions
• Familiarity with Community Health principles and practices
• Ability to work collaboratively, resolve conflicts, and promote inclusivity
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Prior experience in customer service, community management, or a related field is a plus
