This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to work on impactful web applications that serve a diverse user base. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the frontend architecture, ensuring seamless user experiences through responsive, high-performance interfaces. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain scalable, responsive frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js). Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code. Work alongside backend developers to integrate APIs and optimize the flow of data and functionality. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and implement performance improvements to deliver robust solutions. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance development processes. Mentor junior developers, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and cross-team collaboration to meet project goals and deadlines. Qualifications And Skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in frontend development with strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles. Familiarity with backend development and software engineering concepts is highly desirable. Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize complex UI challenges. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
