Communications Specialist

Wishes and Blessings, established in 2014, is a unique platform dedicated to supporting the underprivileged by linking beneficiaries with donors. Through a wide range of welfare programmes across health, education, skill development, and relief, the organisation aims to create inclusive and sustainable development for vulnerable communities.

We are looking for a high performing and motivated individual to join our team as a Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute outreach plans and strategies to engage with communities.
• Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and meetings.
• Prepare documentation including annual, donor and project reports, case studies and impact stories and information decks.
• Create promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local businesses, and other relevant organizations.
• Collect and analyse feedback from outreach activities.
• Prepare reports on outreach activities and its impact.

Key Qualifications:

• Min. a Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven 2+ yrs of experience in community outreach, public relations, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. ( MUST )
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Passion for community engagement.
