Job Summary
The Comms Managed Executive is a key member of our in-house marketing agency team,responsible for delivering a range of marketing services for franchisees. This role involvesmanaging social media accounts, creating content, executing email marketing campaigns,coordinating design work, and providing performance reports to clients. Working closely withthe UK-based team, the executive ensures all marketing efforts align with brand guidelines andmeet franchisee needs, enhancing local brand presence, driving lead generation, and increasingrevenue.
Key Responsibilities
○ Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
for assigned franchisees.○ Create and schedule three localised posts per week, featuring content such aslocal data insights, property listings, testimonials, FAQs, and market updates.○ Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions to strengthen theonline presence.○ Provide quarterly performance reports to track engagement and growth.
- Paid Social Media Advertising:
○ Set up and manage custom ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, focusing
on instant valuations and valuation requests.○ Recommend daily media spend and optimise campaigns for maximum return oninvestment.○ Track and report on impressions, clicks, and lead conversions to measureeffectiveness.
○ Write two bespoke blog posts per month for each client, optimised for search
engines (SEO).○ Develop engaging and informative content that establishes authority in thebranch’s local property market.○ Collaborate with the design team to create accompanying visuals for blog posts.
○ Design and send customised email campaigns based on pre-existing templates.
○ Include content such as property listings, local news, and market insights.○ Monitor performance through LeadPro and BriefYourMarket (BYM), adjustingstrategies as needed.○ Create a plan for bi-weekly or weekly email sends based on client preference.
- Fully Managed Communication Packages:
○ Deliver comprehensive marketing solutions as part of the Fully Managed Comms
Package, including social media management, content creation, and emailmarketing.○ Coordinate additional services for clients opting for the Fully Managed CommsPLUS Package, such as social media advertising, door-to-door campaigns, andadditional email sends.○ Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels to boost onlinevisibility and audience engagement.
- Bespoke Content and Design Services:
○ Provide bespoke content writing services for specific client needs, including local
area guides and property descriptions.○ Coordinate custom design work for marketing materials such as brochures,flyers, and banners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines using the Canvaplatform.
- Client Communication and Reporting:
○ Provide monthly performance dashboards and conduct quarterly performance
reviews.○ Offer insights and recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness basedon data analysis.
- Collaboration with UK Team:
○ Work closely with the UK-based sales and relationship team to align marketingefforts with overall business goals.○ Share feedback and collaborate on improving service offerings and clientsatisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of paid social media advertising and lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, LeadPro, and BriefYourMarket (BYM).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients while maintaining brand consistency and performance
