SEO ANALYST

As an SEO Analyst at Starberry, a digital media agency based in London, UK, you will be joining our offshore Digital Marketing team in Coimbatore, India. With 3-8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing search engine optimisation strategies for various SEO projects catering to diverse clients. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting on SEO campaigns, ensuring their success in terms of performance, results, and budgetary expenditure. You will collaborate closely with the UK team, providing regular updates on campaign progress. Market research, utilisation of tools and technology, advertising setup and optimisation, as well as reporting and analysis will also be part of your key tasks. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an SEO position, coupled with a deep understanding of on-page/off-page optimisation, ranking factors, keyword research, and web analytics. Your ability to meticulously analyze websites to identify reasons for poor rankings, knowledge of HTML markup, and enthusiasm for SEO will be essential. Additionally, skills in blogging, content distribution, local listings management, citation building, and effective communication are highly valued. We are seeking a self-motivated team player with strong organisational skills, analytical capabilities, and proficiency in Excel. A keen eye for detail, along with the ability to manage deadlines, understand trend data, and conduct competitor analysis, are key attributes we are looking for. Proficiency in English, both written and oral, is crucial as you will collaborate with our global team, predominantly based in the UK.
