Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Communication Trainer. The Communication Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing curriculum content, and enhancing communication skills of participants. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, evaluating participant performance, creating training materials, and providing feedback to ensure effective communication growth. The role also involves working closely with clients to tailor training programs to meet specific needs.

• Strong Communication and Intercultural Communication skills
• Experience in Training and Curriculum Development
• Excellent Writing skills
• Ability to assess training needs and develop effective coaching strategies
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, or a related field
• Experience with remote training platforms is a plus
