Job Title: Verbal & Soft Skills Trainer

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Verbal & Soft Skills Trainer to join our team at Datavalley India Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing learners’ verbal ability, interpersonal skills, and overall professional behavior to prepare them for placements and workplace success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging sessions on verbal ability, soft skills, and personality development.

Design and deliver interactive training materials, activities, and assessments.

Train learners in presentation skills, teamwork, leadership, and professional etiquette.

Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and real-time practice sessions.

Evaluate learners’ performance and provide constructive feedback.

Coordinate with academic and placement teams to achieve training goals.

Maintain detailed reports on attendance, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, HR, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience as a Verbal/Soft Skills Trainer.

Excellent English fluency and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.

Must be from Hyderabad or nearby areas only.

Immediate joiners preferred.
