Job Summary: The Communication Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective communication training programs to aviation students. The trainer will ensure that trainees acquire the essential verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills required for various roles within the aviation industry, such as cabin crew, ground staff, and customer service professionals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct communication training sessions focusing on spoken English, professional etiquette, pronunciation, listening skills, and interpersonal communication. Design course materials and training modules tailored to aviation industry standards. Teach aviation-specific communication protocols, such as emergency communication, pilot-ATC interactions, and in-flight announcements. Use role-playing, simulations, and interactive activities to enhance student engagement. Evaluate student performance through assessments, mock interviews, and feedback sessions. Customize training to meet the language and communication needs of a diverse student population. Coordinate with subject matter experts and faculty to integrate communication skills across the curriculum. Maintain accurate training records and report student progress to the academic team. Stay updated with industry trends, language tools, and aviation communication regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field. Certification in Aviation English or TESOL/TEFL is a plus. Prior experience (2+ years preferred) as a communication trainer, preferably in an aviation or hospitality training environment. Strong command of English (spoken and written). Familiarity with ICAO Aviation English proficiency standards is an advantage. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Understanding of aviation culture and terminology. Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in MS Office and virtual training tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
