Communication Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and effective

  communication and soft skills training sessions

  for students or employees
• Design and deliver training modules focused on

  spoken English, public speaking, interpersonal communication, and professional etiquette

  .
• Assess participants’ skill levels and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Facilitate

  IELTS preparation sessions

  , including speaking, writing, reading, and listening modules.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for training schedules and reports.

• Travel to different client locations or partner institutions

  within and around Chennai as part of the training schedule.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of

  IELTS exam structure and preparation techniques

  .
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt to varying learning levels.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to

  travel frequently

  as per training assignments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communication, or any related field.
• Prior experience in communication training, soft skills training, or teaching (preferred).

• IELTS certified / IELTS Trainer certification

• Freshers with excellent communication and passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
